Because of our exclusive use of full-size heavy equipment, pilings are firmly seated so that the above water platform structure remains level and solid for years to come. This solid foundation allows for the installation of integrated boat hoists up to 50,000 pound capacity. A Niccum Boat House can be added to any permanent structure to protect your boating investment.
